1Friday | Arrival in Luxor – Luxor & Karnak Temples
Upon arrival in Luxor, you will be met by our representative and assisted before being transferred to your Dahabiya Nile cruise. Complete the embarkation procedures and settle comfortably on board before lunch.
Enjoy lunch on board while taking in your first views of the Nile and relaxing after your arrival.
In the afternoon, begin your sightseeing with a visit to Luxor Temple, one of the most remarkable monuments on the East Bank. Built largely during the New Kingdom, the temple was closely connected with the religious celebrations of ancient Thebes and was dedicated to the rejuvenation of kingship.
Continue to Karnak Temple, one of the largest and most impressive temple complexes in ancient Egypt. Explore its monumental pylons, vast courtyards, towering columns, and the famous Great Hypostyle Hall while your Egyptologist guide explains the history of the pharaohs who expanded the complex over centuries.
After the tour, return to the Dahabiya for dinner and enjoy your first evening on the Nile.
2Saturday | Luxor West Bank – Valley of the Kings – Hatshepsut Temple – Esna
Enjoy breakfast before crossing to Luxor’s West Bank, home to some of ancient Egypt’s most important royal monuments.
Begin with a stop at the Colossi of Memnon, two enormous statues representing Pharaoh Amenhotep III. The impressive figures once stood at the entrance to his vast mortuary temple.
Continue to the Valley of the Kings, the famous royal necropolis where many New Kingdom pharaohs were buried. Explore selected tombs and admire their colorful wall paintings, hieroglyphic inscriptions, and detailed scenes representing the ancient Egyptian journey into the afterlife.
Continue to the Valley of the Queens, where members of the royal family and other important figures were buried. The decorated tombs provide further insight into the beliefs and artistic traditions of ancient Egypt.
Visit the spectacular Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari. Built against the dramatic cliffs of the Theban Mountains, the temple is known for its impressive terraces, colonnades, and beautifully carved reliefs.

3Sunday | Edfu Temple – Al Ramady Island
Enjoy breakfast on board as the Dahabiya continues sailing toward Edfu. Take in the peaceful scenery of the Nile before arriving at one of Upper Egypt’s most important ancient temples.
Upon arrival, visit the remarkably well-preserved Temple of Horus, dedicated to the falcon-headed god Horus. Built during the Ptolemaic period, the temple is famous for its monumental entrance, enormous pylons, detailed reliefs, and impressive columns.
Your Egyptologist guide will explain the temple’s religious significance and the ancient traditions associated with the worship of Horus. The inscriptions and reliefs throughout the complex provide valuable information about ancient Egyptian mythology and temple rituals.
Return to the Dahabiya after the visit and enjoy lunch on board as the cruise continues toward Al Ramady Island.

Spend the day at leisure on board. Relax on the deck, enjoy the peaceful river scenery, take photographs, or simply watch the traditional villages, agricultural fields, and palm trees pass by.
Unlike the sightseeing days, today allows you to experience the authentic rhythm of Nile travel without a busy schedule.
Enjoy lunch while the Dahabiya continues its journey south toward Aswan.
Spend the afternoon relaxing on board as the scenery gradually changes and the cruise approaches Aswan.

5Tuesday | Aswan – Philae Temple & High Dam
After breakfast, begin your sightseeing tour of Aswan, one of the most beautiful cities along the Nile.
Visit the magnificent Philae Temple, dedicated primarily to the goddess Isis and closely connected with the ancient Egyptian myth of Isis and Osiris. Once an important pilgrimage destination, the temple complex features beautifully preserved columns, reliefs, and inscriptions surrounded by the waters of the Nile.
Continue to the impressive Aswan High Dam, one of Egypt’s most important modern engineering projects. Completed in the 20th century, the dam transformed water management in Egypt and created Lake Nasser, one of the world’s largest artificial lakes.
Return to the Dahabiya for lunch and enjoy some free time to relax on board.
In the early evening, enjoy tea and coffee on board while taking in the peaceful atmosphere of the Nile.

6Wednesday | Disembarkation in Aswan
Enjoy your final breakfast on board while taking in the peaceful morning views of the Nile.
